Welcome to SIMA 2009, Madrid Real Estate Exhibition, and its International Program - the leading networking event for the international real estate industry!

Organized by Planner Reed, European Conference Management (ECM), the National Association of Realtors® (NAR), the Conseil Européen des Professions Immobiliéres (CEPI), and also supported by some other international real estate institutions, such as ICREA, CEREAN, AIREEC y CEI, the congress will take place in Madrid from May 27 until the 29 at the Madrid International Real Estate Exhibition, South Convention Center in IFEMA, Feria de Madrid.

This Congress, which attracted more than 600 professionals last year, will analyze the current situation, the crisis and propose the most interesting and appropriate strategies to face the current economic and financial situation.

The Congress will act as a constructive push so that all those professionals involved in the industry can find interesting alternatives in these difficult times.
