If you are a new real estate investor, I suggest that you seek guidance from professionals in the industry who have been around for a while and can share with you their experiences and wisdom. There are many of them on this site. There many...many courses out there. The best place to start is to join a local group and see what people are doing in your industry there. See what is working and what people like to do. Find something that matches your current financial situation and your personality style. Find a partner that knows a little more than you do and work together on look at investments and marketing campaigns. Usually local groups have a library source you can borrow books from. We also have a unique training program, but start out finding your niche.
