What is Your Worst Experience as a RE Agent?

It may be a time to relax a bit so let's do some sharing... what's your worst experience as a real estate agent?

Let me hit it first. This happened a year ago. I was about to meet a client. It was raining like it's the end of the world already. I have all my papers with me. I only had 3 hours of sleep because I needed to prepare those documents. Getting taxi was hard of course, so I came in the meeting place wet and late. And the bad thing, the client didn't show up. After that I went home with a fever. :(

My parents are real estate agents too, they dragged me into this industry, so everyday is a bad experience... I hope you're getting my point LOL.
