Real estate meeting on 'helping buyers buy your property'

There is another real estate seminar guys. I am marking it on my calendar now! it's another opportunity to learn:

KANNAPOLIS — Deanna Valeo will speak on "Helping Buyers Buy Your Property" at the Oct. 2 meeing of the Metrolina REIA Concord Area Subgroup.

The meeting, at McCabe's Steakhouse, 316 Brookdale St., will begin at 6 p.m. with networking, dinner and announcements. The educational program will begin at 7 p.m.

Valeo will discuss how to prepare property for government loan programs, such as FHA and VA; conditions to be aware of to pass inspections and get good appraisals; other alternatives to down payment assistance programs buyers can take advantage of to lessen down payments; structuring a lease purchase so the buyer can utilize rent credits toward down payment and closing costs; and how to use allowable seller concessions to assist buyers to qualify.

Attendance will count toward Professional Housing Provider (PHP) credits.
