So far, I use craigslist, postlets, kijij, and backpage to sell my reo properties. But it's not enough.
Do you know other internet marketing strategy to get leads?
Thanks!

I was told by a very successful investor that building a buyer's list is the most important thing that you should do to become a successful investor. We know that there are tons of deals out there, so finding sellers is not the problem. Putting up a squeeze page on a website, to collect names of interested buyers will help you build such a list, so will just plain old networking, whether on Facebook, Twitter, Linked-in or any of the other social media sites, or in person like at local REI meetings, or chamber meetings. It doesn't take long to build one, and once it's done, matching deals with buyers becomes much easier.

Investors looking for deals can leave their information and get first crack at the hot deals that I find.
I need to know more about REO properties. What kind of properties are these? Let me know where to find information related to these. Thanks.
Start building buyers list. It's very easy to build a buyers list through social media giant. A lot of real estate investors today are using the power of Facebook to market their products and services. You can also use twitter, and Linkedin. Join your local real estate club and network with the investors there. Just make sure to get the contact info, including the email address, of everyone. You want the email address so you can do an e-blast without having to write individual notices to prospects. By the way, in your e-blast, create a frenzy with some message of urgency about your offer. Some sort of first come, first served message.
