Does anyone know of a direct Hard Money Lender? I do not need a mortgage broker who is direct to hard money lender. I need someone who is DIRECT for only $10-15k with exit in six months? I have a
client who needs money asap.  They have residential real estate as
collateral in Whiting Indiana but conventional lenders won't lend to him
because his lack of credit but he has good credit and has been employed
for 3+ years.
