I saw Chris Albin not that long ago and he was pretty amazing.

He teaches creative acquisition strategies and owns a ton of rentals.

Another guy who is really good is Mark Kohler he does tax stuff and he's a lawyer. One of the most entertaining speakers I have ever seen and just a real wealth of knowledge.
