Need Online Marketing advice

I am not as computer savy as I would like to be when it comes to online marketing. Can anyone suggest some options for marketing my services to real estate investors that are wholesalers online? We offer Transactional Funding, which is funding for double closings, or same day closings. Users of our service would be real estate investors that buy REO's, short sales, FSBO's, etc. and then line up the next buyer to purchase the property the same day that they take title.
