I have taken a look to your blog. As far as I can understand the house needs some work in some places. But the exterior of the home is nice.
Roseanne, how is the market in Atlanta now? I looked at doing flips there a couple years ago, but could not get comfortable with resale values (defined comps).
Hey Rob,
In certain areas of Atlanta it is better than others. The area where these properties are located in, is an area that is better than the usual, and of course it is still up and coming. I have had a lot of interest on this house, so this is a good sign. I have another available right down from this one. Let me know if I can help you.

Rosanne, I see that you invest in Atlanta. What is the market currently like in the Atlanta area? I received a call from a real estate investor from there that has asked me to help him with financing for his acquisition/rehabs of non-owner occupied properties. It has been about 4 years since I have been there and I am not sure what the market is like now.

Hello Rob,
I have made a few comments previously that the Atlanta area is patchy and there are certain area's that are better than others. Like the properties I have been marketing are in better area's, like in this post. I would be happy to give you a call this coming week to discuss further.
Look forward to talking to you.
Rosanne
