Who's looking for deals?
What as an Investor attracts you to a deal, is it a high return or a steady source or income increasing quarterly, semiannually, annually? If so my company may be able to assist you with this in commercial real estate. I think you need to sell people on you a little bit more.
Loaning money to someone over the internet is risky in and of itself.
Loaning money on Real Estate right now is extremely risky.
Who is Paul Turner? How many "successful" deals has he done?
Who can people call for business references?
What are two addresses that you have completed this type of financing on?
