The only instances when a borrower gets denied past this
 point have been in cases of fraud on there side or in
overstating of key components of the loan...such as ARV.
There is No Charge nor Fee to review the
 "Initial Loan Questionnaire" for it's feasibility.
This form is reviewed for each submission.
 If the information contained on this form does not
meet our requirements and it is not a "doable" deal the file is rejected with recommendations
so that the Borrower can reapply in the future.
 If we feel that the borrower/project has in our
opinion a good chance of approval then we ask for the full application.
