I know of a couple of properties for sale that need some creative touches, but they have so much POTENTIAL. One is an old cotton gin built in 1903. It has both commercial and residential zoning. (If someone had the time to do the reasearch, it MIGHT qualify for some kind of historic preservation grant.) There are also two small houses with it, on one acre of land.
