It may be a time to relax a bit so let's do some sharing... what's your worst experience as a real estate agent?

Let me hit it first. This happened a year ago. I was about to meet a client. It was raining like it's the end of the world already. I have all my papers with me. I only had 3 hours of sleep because I needed to prepare those documents. Getting taxi was hard of course, so I came in the meeting place wet and late. And the bad thing, the client didn't show up. After that I went home with a fever. :(

My sister used to be a real estate agent, and she lost a deal and broke up with her boyfriend all on the same night. Really sad right? She might kill me for sharing this...
What can be worst than not landing any deal?
How about not even getting a single lead? xoxo!

A client didn't show up on the day of signing. Can't be contacted anymore and didn't return any call or whatsoever. Real sucker.
That is just rude... I am lucky I never encountered clients like that. I know that I will soon, I just wish I won't loose my temper when that day comes.

That happens, not everyone in this world are as civilized as they appear. There are still a few apes wearing coats and ties.
I almost had a client who didn't respect me a lot only because he knew my husband. It's a shame what other people can do to hurt your reputation.
I stumbled upon this story a while ago:

We had the most anoying realtor once. She didn't listen to what we wanted (like # of bedrooms, baths, 2 stories, etc) and she would try and make us buy a house with saying stuff like, "this is a great house for the price, it has most of the stuff you want, isn't it nice?" and "Oh I love this house so much, don't you guys like it?" At the time I was 10, and even I thought she was anyoing. she would ask me what room I would pick.....

Then she showed us the UGLIEST house right next to hers... my parents didn't even want to look at it, and neither did I. Eventually we switched realtors... thank heaven. And we found a nice house. Nice question. I'm starring it.. maybe my mom can answer it too.. LOL, you'll here more from her.

LOL
I once had a racist client. He made fun of my accent.
This is funny. I didn't know that some realtors were that (for lack of better term) stupid 10 years ago.

He is so sexist, I hate those kind of people. If ever I would encounter something like that, I don't care if he is going to get the property I am selling, I'll just get a new buyer, I can always find one anyway.
