I read an analysis saying that print advertising for real estate is already dead. The article pointed TV, internet and mobile advertising as reasons. However I simply do not agree, what about you guys?

I don't think that print advertising is dead. Not because it is the hottest form of advertising means that is dead. It's not even in the state of "dying". I think who ever said that is just promoting an online advertising brand. :)
Actually he is. You got it right! Oh well, maybe he wanted to get some advertisers so badly that he needed to make his opinion more interesting.

I is not dead, at least not yet. But I am almost certain that it is going to die, maybe not in our lifetime but soon. If you come to think of it print advertising undergoes a very long and tiring procedure. There is drafting, layouting, editing, printing and delivery, now there are a lot of time and effort wasted in those process and if you compare it into online advertising's steps: click, click, approve then the ads will appear.

Online advertising defeated Print Advertising with 10 homeruns to none. :)
Print advertising is here to stay. From leaflets, to posters, to newspapers, to magazines and others, the medium may change but the concept is still the same. T-shirt advertising even falls under print category.
In terms of effectiveness I think print advertising is the winner. Print ads are usually done with both creativity and marketing in mind. It combines the best of both worlds actually, so don't say NO to print advertising just because you are too lazy to think and brainstorm with other people. Besides, print advertisements often stays longer than online advertisements. :)

I think the more important question is whether print advertising still converts or not. In my opinion it still converts. I still serve the purpose of informing your audience/target market of whatever you are trying to sell.
