Does anyone have any experience with Tracing-Skip Tracking Services and could recommend one?

I have used several skip trace services inthe past. I currently do all of my own skip tracing using accurint.com. If you want to outsource, the best place "ve found is findtheseller.com. You can buy bulk searches if you have several properties to find, or you can just search for one deal. The last time I used the service it cost about $35 per search and the turn around time was about 4-5 hours.

I think Merlin Data is the best there is ..$10 a month..
but there are free ones like Taba?..or white pages...
