Everybody wants an early retirement. I plan on having it at 45. That is if I reach my goal. I need to save a lot so my retirement will be good. :)

As soon as I have my kids finish college I'll retire from real estate. Don't ask when will that be, I don't wanna reveal my age. :)
As long as I am earning and I am nailing some deals, I will not retire. :) My income will tell me if or when I should retire. :)
Here's another answer to the question:

I shall retire when the industry asks me to. When I don't earn anymore, no matter what I do, it means it's time for me to go.
I've just started so let's say I have no plans yet. Besides, real estate is a profitable industry, it's is almost always a win-win situation.
Actually being a real estate agent is a part of my grand retirement plan. I entered this industry so I can save more and faster. I want to have an early retirement just like everybody else. I'm saying I'll retire once I have enough.
Retire? Why would I want to retire from real estate? This is the only thing I can do, and luckily I can do it good... I am too young to even plan my retirement. :)
Its such an easy business even if all you do is buy a house every second year, looking after the rental income and pay the bills. The capital appreciation of good growth properties does all the work for you.
I don't plan on retiring at 45, but I do have the goal of having $10 million in the bank by that age. 6 years to go. Good luck

Hassan
I'm curious... how are you doing so far? :)
