Melissa Biggs, a mother, fashion designer, and former actress of the “Baywatch” TV series, will be the guest speaker at the 14th annual “Breath of Spring” Gala on May 8 hosted by the American Lung Association in Delaware. The gala will be held from 7 p.m. to midnight at Longwood Gardens in Kennett Square, Pa. All proceeds will benefit the American Lung Association in Delaware. A silent auction, featuring clothes from Biggs’ clothing line, PGD style, will be part of the evening’s festivities.
