Zaran is the President and CEO of Zaran Sayre & Associates, Inc, a real estate company that specializes in property management. Currently managing about 1,000 units consisting of houses, apts, condos, homeowner associations, some commercial, and developing an RV park in Moses Lake. In business 28 years.

Professional designations include Certified Property Manager CPM, Certified Commercial Investment Member CCIM, and Certified Apartment Manager CAM.
