Here are four examples of useful real estate investing strategies
that people can use in any scenario in real estate investing:

· The Economist Approach – Most real estate investors who have
been in the business for a long time have one thing in common: they stay
in tune with the market no matter what.

· Niche Specialization – Success is slim for those who try to become the jack of all trades when it comes to
investing in real estate.

· Exit Strategies – An exit strategy is not just one
plan, but it also includes a series of backup plans for a property just
in case a deal falls through.

· Professional Networking – Building a network is definitely an essential in order to make it in
the field of real estate investment.

I'm really interested on Exit Strategies - can you go further with this one?
I will have to go for the Economist Approach, staying in tune on the trending topics and opportunities in real estate investing will keep you in the game for the longest time.

Building a network within your niche is the way to go, it may be long term but it's worth the wait.
I'm a newbie in real estate and would want to know more about Professional Networking, do you have an Ebook or a reference for networking?

I've been reading a lot of articles about real estate and i find it really helpful but, i know the way to go about it is to experience the actual marketing and investing right?

Bryan, thank you for your interest. Like in any form of business, planning is the key to success. And investing in real estate is no different, Even before you start offering your properties, you must already have several backup plans prepared. In my next few posts I will be talking more about Exit strategies. Please watch out for it.

We agree with you there, Hershey. But I believe it is a good idea to mix in all four strategies so as to have everything covered. Thank you for stopping by.

Hi, Michelle! Allow me to welcome you to the exciting world or Real Estate Investing! How are you finding it so far? I actually do know of several resources where you can learn more. One of them is this link >> http://bit.ly/cfa6Te.

Yes, that's true, Michelle. Experience has always been a great teacher but it would be even better if you have a mentor or a coach to guide you. Being new in the industry and all and at a time when things are only starting to pick up again, it would be a welcome relief if you have someone to help you out.

Good luck to you and please feel free to tell us if I can be of help in any way.
