Right now I am working with my broker. We are looking into multifamily houses in Brooklyn, NY.
If you don't mind, I have a question. I registered my company last week under an S-Corp. After researching the entity, I read that it is not a good idea to hold real estate under an S-Corp. What do you think I should do.
