How to Build a Large Buyers Lists

I'm a local wholesaler in Baltimore, MD (www.thejiggettsgroup.com) I'm still novice, but determined to find success. I currently have a buyers list of only 7 people whom joined my list through craigslist. I would like some advice on how rapidly or slowly but steadily build my buyers list.
