Our intentions to grow our Los Arqueros property portfolio are starting to come to fruition and will see a massive growth on the collection over the next few weeks. Our estimation is that we will add some 200 properties within this estate, as we feel that current market conditions really are presenting some amazing bargains for buyers. Recently a penthouse was sold in the Las Jacarandas developments for an amazing €260,000, way below the boom time highs and not too far from the original sale price. This property had a rooftop solarium, hydro-massage shower offering real luxury to its new owner. The only downside I would say about some of the developments available here is the sound insulation could be of a higher standard.
