I recently formed an LLC to hold my rental properties. I am about to quit claim my properties into the LLC, but need some advice on how to structure the insurance correctly.

1. Can I just name the LLC as an additional "NAMED INSURED" on my current policy?
2. Or should I find a policy that would just have only the LLC as the "NAMED INSURED" and no further involvement of my name. I understand that only a few companies would do this under the non-commercial policy and most will force you to go to a commercial policy.

Please advise of your past experiences on this issue.
