I want to tell you a little bit about what I think is important to become a successful real estate investor, and I think the key to everything else is education. I think a well-rounded education is absolutely key, and I think that you need to be an expert on a lot of different types of strategies, because if you're going to find a lot of different deals out there, you're going to need to know different strategies to be able to take advantage of them. so you're going to need to know how to do a short sale deal, how to do wholesales, how to do multi-family dwellings, probate, tax leans, etc. etc. also, it's absolutely key, I think, that you have a community to draw [?] on, to do mentoring with, to do deals with.
