New to real estate investing so I'm still in the reading, browsing and networking phase. I would also love the opportunity to receive advice from anyone who knows how to make money in real estate investing without having to spend buckets of money?! I can spend some, but not buckets...lol
I am in search of a mentor or a mentor program, again, without spending buckets of money; more precise, no more then $700 if possible?

Anyway, at this point I would love to be part of a team that does wholesaling in residential and commercial properties so I can learn as I earn, and I am also looking to build a strong buyers list.

Besides that I'm a mom of a tween, a full time school student and a student of lives teachings.I grew up in Oslo, Norway, I speak Norwegian and English fluently and I'm very excited about the promises of real estate investing in it's many forms!
